  • Barrels in Chrome Molybdenum Steel:
    • The Chrome and Molybdenum added to the steel substantially improve its resistance to the wear generated by the incandescent ammunition especially to the first part of the rifling over that of traditional carbon steel.
    • The bars of steel we use are all induction treated at the steel mill which then translates into a longer life cycle for our barrels.
  • o Cold hammer forging:
    • o We rifle all our barrels by cold deformation rather than simply by subtractive manufacturing, which results in improved dimensional consistency and allows us to use steels with better mechanical characteristics (harder).
  • Our frames and bolts are machined from solid blocks of high-resistance steel . They undergo tailored heat treatments to optimize strength and durability.
      • Our frames undergo a Neutral Hardening Process to achieve strength and resistance. After this is complete, the areas in the frames subject to the highest levels of stress undergo additional spot hardening. The new action is manufactured on lathes and milling machines starting from solid bars of high resistance steel alloy. It features three locking lugs with an easy and fast 60° opening. The handle of the 3-front-lug bolt with a 5/16 thread is easily interchangeable. After machining, the action is heat treated for resistance, ground and chrome plated. The smooth contact surfaces guarantee effortless bolt movement as well as lower noise level than all competitors’ products. The special steel of actions and bolts generates surfaces that are very hard, basically indestructible, but not fragile. The cores are strong. The new guillotine-type extractor is extremely reliable and safe, as it cannot move backwards when the cartridge bottom expands under pressure. This design tends to reduce (but not eliminate) the damages generated by the use of ammunitions operating at out of range pressures.
  • The stock is a TRIWOOD  (TM) stock. a hi-tec process to improve the walnut grains and to warranty a perfect waterproof protection.TRIWOOD maintains also the warmth and feel of wood, all stocks are different. The walnut quality, its contrast, its grade are extremely important to obtain a perfect TRIWOOD stock. The key point is to have a perfect the mix between the original and additional grains.TRIWOOD is not a film fixed on the walnut; its a process to deposit ink on a piece of wood. The TRIWOOD stock is protected by a tough scratch – resistant semi gloss acrylic varnish.
